Housebuild is the official magazine for The House Builders Association

The House Builders Association (HBA) is the division of the NFB devoted to small and medium sized housebuilders. The HBA is very active in lobbying government to formulate policy that encourages and rewards smaller housebuilders; we can point to many successes that have changed the landscape for small and medium sized house builders.

The HBA is also the key forum for information sharing about the housing sector for small and medium-sized housebuilders, providing newsletters, forums and direct one-to-one advice that ensures companies are best placed for success.

They understand the link between construction and housing, and they understand the policy landscape inside-out. Their overriding aim is to use their knowledge and influence to support members to win more work, more consistently.

Housebuild focuses on the latest industry news in planning, environment, government, finance & future materials and is distributed to key individuals across a number of sectors including:

Britbuild is the official magazine for the National Federation of Builders (NFB)

The National Federation of Builders (NFB) represents builders, contractors and house builders across England and Wales. As one of the UK’s longest standing trade bodies, it was created to represent the building and construction profession and to promote information its members need to thrive and contribute to the economic success of the UK.

Its members range from the sole trader to large, multi-million pound construction companies, with turnover ranging from below £500,000 to over £500 million. The federation provides expert advice, training, representation and business services for members so that they can comply with industry standards, excel in delivery, and grow successful businesses.

Published three times per year, April, July and October, Britbuild focuses on the latest industry and NFB news, current issues and interesting topics, plus a look inside look at business activities and the profiles of prominent individuals within the industry.

Over the course of the year 30,000 copies – 10,000 per issue are printed and distributed and read on average by 90,000 key individuals across a number of sectors.
